Nutritionist wants me to eat fish/seafood as my main form of protein but I hate fishy tasting fish, and seafood/fish is expensive so I don't want to spend tons of money experimenting.. I've had some salmon at a fancy party once on crackers and it was good.. I like popcorn shrimp, but fried isn't what we're going for... any ideas? Typically I eat chicken and even with that I love seasonings and marinades... I was vegetarian for 9 years till 3 years ago cause now I'm cooking for not only myself but hubs & son (also wasn't eating really healthy back then, I was eating mostly pasta so other than black beans I'm at a loss with plant based protein)
