Only two meals a day. One at 9-10 AM, one at 6PM. Previous: 264, current: 155, goal: 150?. Walking = cardio. Weight lift: arms & shoulders, chest and back, legs. Avoided carbs for the first year, currently follow Stan efferdings diet with a 6 hour feeding window. Full Transformation time= 2 years
