I started IF on Jan 5. SW 155 CW 144 @ 5’3” try to stay low carb, walking 3-4 miles a day. Core training starts Monday! Alternate 16:8, 18:6, and 20:4 based on how I feel. My goal weight is 120. My “muffin top” is almost gone! Thanks everyone for keeping me motivated! 💪

I hit ONEderland this morning after 12 years 😭. SW: 241 (Sep 2019) CW:199.6. I don't know how to post other pictures of my progress, so this is all I can provide. I do a mix of IF, OMAD (one meal a day), and keto/low carb. Currently on day 2 of 5 on water fast. Thank you all, for the motivation♥

F/28/5'4" [190lbs > 159lbs = 31lbs] I've still got a bunch to go, but after 3 months of work I'm really proud of how things are improving. Leaving an unfaithful marriage and focusing on myself and my worth has been really difficult, but it's paying off so far.

The life change I nedded. I discovered Keto and IF through a very dear friend of mine and it was one of the only thing working for me. Down 50kg within a year and still some to go. Currently on a plateau and dropped in and out for the past month, but surely getting back on track.

M/6'5/20 so this is another 10 month post but I bought a new suit, from a 52 to a 44L extra slim jacket and pants size 46x34 to 34x34. Sw 345 Cw 200 Gw 190 but I'll likely stay around 200 after upping to maintenance. Through omad and 6 days a week in the gym

1 year ago...I decided to make a change in my life. I wasn’t happy and I’ve been fat shamed for the last couple years. I decided to run 1200 miles in 2019 and IF 18:6 everyday. I’m a (28) male. Weight in left picture: 260. Current weight: 168. Anybody can do this. Believe in yourself.
