I was overthinking for nothing lol


*not sure with my flair*I'm happy haha.I weighed myself on March 3 and saw that I had lost a bit of weight, which made me really happy.Then Friday came, and I ate earlier than my supposed eating window.After that came the weekend, which are my non-fasting days. During weekends I normally eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. After the weekend I started to feel really heavy. My brain kept telling me that I must have eaten way more than I needed.Because of that, I was honestly a bit afraid to weigh myself. I also felt a little guilty since those were my non-fasting days.But I finally weighed myself today, and I did it nervously.And guess what? I was actually lighter than the last time I checked.So yeah, I guess I learned something. Even if the weekend does not follow my usual eating window, I might still be in a calorie deficit.It just made me happy to realize that I can still lose weight while eating, enjoying my food, and satisfying my cravings.No guilt next time haha via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/76jhU24 https://ift.tt/f4mIXHM
