seeking support

Hey all,I have experience with intermittent fasting, but haven’t sincerely or consistently done it for over 5 years.I started a month ago on 16:8. and naturally and easily I was getting 18:6.This past weekend I fell off… and I fell off hard.I’m eating everything in sight. and my sugar intake is again out of control.I’m hoping it has something to do with being in my luteal phase.. and I know it partially has to do with comfort eating.But I really want to get back on track and am just asking for help/looking for support.I hate nothing more than feeling comfortable in my body.for reference: 27F, 5’5” , 172 lbs. I’ve held weight in my stomach for as long as I could remember and I was only really thin when caught in my drug and alcohol addiction. I’m pretty strong and have very physical jobs.
