[Thankful Thursdays] Who/what is contributing to your success? - Wednesday, 01 January 2020

F/27/5'8" [190ish>140=50ish] End of Novemeber 2018 to December 2019. 5 lbs from goal weight, from taking my baby home to now!

F/36/5’7” [244>162.5=81.5 lbs lost] 2017 to 2019! Feeling alright ringing in the new year!! Imma keep on truckin’ tho!

Sw: 176 Cw: 133 gw: 120. Thankful for this year and I can’t wait to see what next year brings!

Not much weight difference but starting to see a change in my face :D I feel like I looked awful in my first pic :s

16:8 for one year. SW:210 CW:154 GW:150 I finally feel free from the body and lifestyle I used to have. Thank you for all the support. Ya'll keep me accountable. (Workout is HIIT 7x per week and home cardio 4x per week).

F/33/5’2 [315lbs>195lbs=120lbs] If you had told me on 1/1/19 that I’d be filing for divorce and that I’d weigh less than I did in HS I’d laugh in your face! Here I am though! I couldn’t deal with being treated like a doormat any longer and being cheated on! Here’s to 2020! #workinprogress

F/24/5'6" [105 > 120 > 130 = 25 lbs] Weight restored after anorexia but still doing only cardio. Started lifting weights. Now following a consistent routine, progressively overloading and eating a lot.

At 63, female, and diabetic, intermittent fasting works when nothing else has. You can do it too.....here’s my journey to 40 lbs down, July - Dec 2019. Still going!

M/33/5’8[500lbs>199.6lbs=300+ lbs lost] My DecadeChallenge. 2010s weren’t kind, struggled with depression & anxiety. Started my journey in July 2016 (before pic 2013 at my heaviest) had ups and downs but kept at it, happy to be in Onederland!

F/24/5'1" [179lbs > 159lbs = 20lbs] (1 year) Kind of bummed that I didn't lose as much weight this year as I wanted, so I decided to try on last year's NYE dress — turns out 20 pounds makes a difference!

F/25/5’5 [155ish>130=25lbs] Goal was to get below 130 and I got 129.9 when I was back home for Christmas. My moms scale is kinder than mine though so I’m waiting to see that number on my own scale. Can’t believe how much easier dress shopping was this year for NYE though so I felt like celebrating!

F/27/5’4 [285 > 172= 113 lbs] 3 years of changing all my bad habits. This is a lifestyle and I have accepted that I have to be this way forever so I don’t go back to what I was. Be uncomfortable, love yourself and change your self talk! Using cico and gym 6 days a week. Addicted to the progress!

F/31/5’3” [237lbs > 207lbs = 30lbs] VSG. Six weeks ago I couldn’t walk ten minutes without serious back pain. Couldn’t stand 30 minutes without a break. Today I hit 12,000 steps and THEN started the c25k by running six minutes. Don’t ever tell me I can’t do something.

4 months, 192 to 180. Gym at least five days a week, and eating clean the majority of the time.

F/28/5’1” [171 > 125 = 46] I started 2019 not feeling healthy in body or mind. I started running in May and met my goal of 125 today!! The new year holds core training and more yoga for me.

M/36/6'2" [305lbs > 180.5lbs = 124.5lbs] thank you ProgressPics for motivation and support in 2019. It really did help - an amazing community that proves anything is possible

F/32/5'5" [138>115=23] Core progress. CICO, pilates and recently training for a half marathon. Now I need to work towards putting on some muscle.

F/24/4'11" [205lbs > 135lbs = 70lbs] (3 years) still need to shake off the last 20-30lbs but I tend to forget just how far I've come

34 days in on IF (and cutting out all non-fruit sugars), and I'm 24 lbs down. 228 - 204. Still have a lot of work to do, but I am happy that I made the choice to clean up my eating. I appreciate this community.

April to Now. SW:234 CW:184. I was strict fasting & lazy keto from April to September & then I fell off the IF train. I started to feel fat and someone this subreddit suggested going through progress pictures and I thought “look how far I’ve come.” Back on the IF for the last 30lbs by April.
