Face Gains

Life changing, IF came as a blessing, took 18 months, but the wait was worth! 5'5", SW:89kg, CW: 59 kg, GW: 55kg, wish me luck!

F/28/5’5” [400+lbs > 240lbs = 160lbs] From a size 4x in tops and 28 in jeans to an XL in tops and a 16 in jeans. Yee haw!

I know it’s a lot of newb gains and water weight but I’m happy with 9 lbs lost in my first two weeks. (SW: 191, CW: 182, GW: 160) Feel great, excited to see what I can accomplish in 3 months!

M/29/6' [380lbs > 257lbs = 123lbs] (13 months) I'm not done yet, but I found the only before picture I had on an old phone and figured even if this encourages 1 person to do something about what seems like an insurmountable amount to lose that it'd be worth it.

245-195 I started IF about a month ago. I’ve lost 12lbs since starting. The other 38lbs was lost with calorie restriction and exercise. I’ve found IF much easier to stick with instead of eating meals and snacks throughout the day. I love it and I’m never going back to the “normal” way of eating.

F/34/5’1” [220lbs—>147lbs = 73lbs!]. It’s been one year and a few days since I made the biggest change of my life. I started intermittent fasting, cutting my caloriea and walking. I was worried that during these winter months I would gain but I’ve really maintained my weight.
