18 months later and I feel like a new person! Thanks to IF and keto.

10 cm waistline difference. 40 yo, 148 cm tall. SW:58 kg, CW:54.5 kg. It is still hard but I keep fasting, exercising and eating well. Never give up.

I don’t have an accurate weight measurement but I think I’m losing some and looking forward to getting a new scale soon. For now I can just be proud of my first decent streak!

From a size XXL to M. -62 pounds so far. Mostly thanks to cutting out all the bad stuff. Intermittent fasting helped me a lot with self control and I felt a lot less hungry doing it too
