After experimenting with IF for some months, this week I completed my first 48-hour fast. It felt amazing and my biggest realization is that we have been lied to for most of our lives.

32M 5’10” 6 months of 16:8 IF. I hate doing abs or my stomach would look better, but my arms have never been this cut

F/27/5’7.5 [273 > 252 = 21lbs] Finally seeing some positive changes and I’m excited to keep it going!

11 months between these two pictures but I didn't start fasting until December of 2021! 26F, 5'3. SW:169lbs CW:146 GW: 120-130lbs. I mostly did 18:6 & I dirty fasted. Although now I'm doing 20:4 & clean fasts. Black Coffee is a new favorite! πŸ₯°

How I broke a 40 hour fast today.

F/28/5’4” [270lbs > 140lbs = 130lbs lost] (3.5 years) and M/37/5'11 [400lbs > 180lbs = 220lbs lost] Pic on the left was taken on our honeymoon 3.5 years ago, and pic on the right was taken on our vacation to Kokomo Beach, Curacao last month! It's still hard to believe we aren't obese anymore :)

F/36 3 weeks in. I’m unsure how much weight I’ve lost as I use photos/measurements instead of scales. 16:8 every day with one 24 hour fast per week and one cheat day per fortnight.
