Hey everyone! I am a bigger guy who is looki g to drop a couple pounds and one of the ways im looking at doi g this is starti g to eat a salad for my lunch at work. Now let me tell you i do not like to go to the store buy a bunch of stuff and make meals. I like the grab and go method of store bought slad kits. So my question to you is, which grocery stores have the best pre made salad meal kits? And what do you like about them. Also which ones should I stay away from!? Thnaks for your time.
