11 months between these two pictures but I didn't start fasting until December of 2021! 26F, 5'3. SW:169lbs CW:146 GW: 120-130lbs. I mostly did 18:6 & I dirty fasted. Although now I'm doing 20:4 & clean fasts. Black Coffee is a new favorite! 🥰
