Spring break 2022 - father's day 2023. Doctors orders. Started IF in January. 30 workouts 5 days a week. About 30 lbs. Down. Cut my glucose A1C cholesterol in half loweres my BP in about 6 months. Still got a ways to go. Learning to forgive myself. Being kind to me. Trusting my gut.
