staying hydrated during fasting window made everything so much easier

Ive been doing 16:8 since new years as one of my resolutions and the first 2 weeks were rough, constant hunger during fasting hours and feeling pretty terrible especially in the morningsI realized I wasnt drinking nearly enough water during my fasting window because I was just focused on not eating and that was making everything worseIve been tracking my water with waterminder and making sure I hit at least 2L during fasting hours and honestly its like night and day, way less hungry and the fasting period is actually manageable nowAlso helps me tell the difference between actual hunger and just being bored or thirsty which was a huge problem beforeIf you're starting IF this year definitely make sure you're drinking enough water because it makes a massive difference via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/bIaWDl0 https://ift.tt/dEJRDcU
