F/23/5’6 [140 lbs > 133 lbs = 7 lbs] (3 months, but really locked in after my graduation last month) Halfway to my goal of 127 lbs… 10k+ steps daily, 20-30 min video workouts 4-5x a week, 1400 calorie deficit.
