How can I increase my protein intake? I have a lot of allergies and can’t eat at least 95% of all protein powders because there are too many allergies. Any tips for Whole Foods that I can add? Meats, particular vegetables? I can’t do nuts except almonds. Here is an example of what I eat.

I am adjusting my calorie intake according to my weight and BMI every time I lose a pound. Why is my calculator telling me to eat more calories instead of fewer? None of my other stats have changed. First photos are current, last two are from when I started.
