As a beginning should I stick to two meals a day and not care about portion size or calories in the beginning?


Trying to start fasting as a way to maintain/slowly lose weight after coming off GLP1’s and struggling with binge eating disorder in the past. I think as long as I stick to two meals a day and my eating window, I’ll naturally start eating healthier and becoming more satiated as time goes on, has anyone tested this theory however and found that it works?
