F/21/5’7” [235>160=75] 3 years in progress

F/29/5'2" [256lbs > 123lbs = 133lbs] (14 months) My “dream” GW was always 120, but my body doesn’t seem to want to go there. I’m healthy, I’m happy, and logically I know that those last 3 pounds won’t change that. I’m realizing that it’s not always about the number on the scale. I FEEL amazing!

Found out last night that I’ve been furloughed for 2 months, so going to turn it into a positive. IF & home workouts. Let’s see what’s possible. These opportunities don’t come around often, no work, just exercise & eating well! 😀

M/26/5’11” [357lb > 186lb = 171] (14 months) I finally hit my goal weight. From my heaviest to the lightest I've ever been as an adult.

F/31/5’4[180lbs>145lbs=35lbs lost] Been working on just maintaining during these times to get my body used to this weight. Once corona time is over I’m going to loose the last 13 pounds 💪🏼

F/25/5'2" [195 > 128 = 67lbs ] 2 years difference between the pics. Never thought I'd get this far- Trying my best to stay on track during this virus, but I'm struggling.

I was around 230 lbs in December. I'm 219 lbs now. Goal weight of 140 lbs! Feeling great!

M/19/6'3" [265 > 170 = 95lbs](1.5 years) was overweight my whole life until I looked at myself in this same mirror and decided to change for the better finally.
