📷Hi!It took me a while to get the courage to post these pictures here, but I’m so proud of myself and I hope other people will get some motivation! :) I’ve had a baby 2 years ago and couldn’t push myself to lose weight.. lazy ass me!!Diet: 1200-1300kcal Mostly OMAD sometimes 20/4 fastingWorkouts:-90% cross trainer (20-60mins 6 days a week with 6 days break for period in January)-10% PilatesHeight: 163cm / 5’3Before - 64.8kg / 142.8lbsAfter - 54.2 / 119.4lbsIt’s been almost two months since I achieved my goal, I haven’t gained anything - I keep losing though!Also I feel much better and still can’t believe I had so much strength and willpower to do what I did in such a short period of time, never felt tired or unhappy, but the opposite!! :)https://ift.tt/39Dbi4V via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/2WZZbwr https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
