I love fasting but just can't w/low carb and keto


The title pretty much says it all. I believe low carb and/or keto are very healthy, especially for reducing inflammation, but I feel so deprived. While I was fasting a few months ago I would measure my ketones with a ketonix (breath ketones) and was always able to get right back into ketosis the next day regardless of how many carbs I ate. Even if I had something with sugar ... so, I am going to need to be patient and let my body work its way back into fat burning and ketosis. I know it would be faster to get into ketosis/fat burning by lowering my carbs but I simply dread it.​I'd love to hear from others who have had success with losing weight with fasting.
