Trying to undersyand IF


Help me here. IF's magic happened at the 12hr mark where the driver is basically the depletion of glucose in the blood and pancreas. This followed by lower insulin and the utilisation of fat to be converted to energy.If so, what can I do to reduce the 12hr mark?
