Starting IF in the New Year


Hey :)Starting my 16:8 fast window at 1am (Normally going to be midnight-4pm due to working hours). Not too concerned about it, as I used to accidentally fast, and forget to eat until evening anyway. My main question is about sleep. I've seen a few people having issues with sleeping with IF, so I'm wondering if this is a common thing?
