M/32/5’7” [460 > 275 = 185lbs] ways to go but wanted to remind myself how far I’ve come

Fasting twenty four hours 3 days a week since November 2018. Both pictures were taken first thing in the morning before i'd eaten anything.

I made me onigiri! Filling is Salmon salad (packaged salmon with a little Mayo, mustard, salt and pepper), cucumber and carrots. I made it with organic brown rice. Wrapped around with Nori (seaweed paper). https://ift.tt/2FF5I5j

F/27/5'3" [210>137=73 lbs] (13 months) Improved my lifestyle and mental health, now only 10-15 lbs to go!

M/63/6'1"[300 lbs>214 lbs=86 lbs] (One year) Aimed to hit my goal of 200 in a year, oh well, thrilled to be so close. 6/18 IF with lots of dog walking. It's never too late to take control. You guys are SUCH an inspiration!!!

M/33/6’8” Long-time lurker here. Just dropping in to say thanks for the motivation and knowledge this sub and r/keto has dropped on me every morning. I’m down 85 lbs doing OKMAD (one keto meal a day) Hardest part of my new life is the usual “experts” (fam, friends & co-works).

Face gains. 28F/6’0 [350-230] = 120 lbs.

M/48/6'2" [250lbs > 199.2lbs = 50.8lbs] (10 months) My dad has struggled with his weight ever since I was born, and this year he found the perfect workout and diet combination for himself. This is the first time he's weighed less than 200lbs since 1995!

One month ago to today, twenty pounds down! Thanks everyone for your wonderful advice and tips!

F/22/5’8”. [088lbs > 136lbs= 48lbs] 3 year anorexia recovery progress. Top right I was 175lbs thanks to binge/purging. Anorexia won’t win 💪🏼

Didn't even notice my progress in body composition before I saw these two images side by side. Not a huge difference, but this combined with the improvements in my overall health + energy levels are SO motivating to me! Remember to take a before photo, no matter how much it sucks!
