Guys, you have no idea how good it feels to not have sugar until you’ve been off of it for a few days

You don’t even realize how much inflammation you have in your body until you don’t have that inflammation anymore. Everyone can have it whether they realize it or not, because sugar is very inflammatory. I don’t even know how to describe it when it’s gone. There’s such a feeling of wellbeing, such a feeling of lightness, such a feeling of internal swelling being gone that you didn’t even realize was there. I can feel my body thanking me right now, and it feels so good. When I see sweet, sugary foods around the house just from living with others who buy that stuff, I actually feel repulsed by it. It hasn’t just affected my appetite for sweets either. My appetite itself for all food is diminished. I don’t think I’ll go back to that way of eating, because the unexpected contrast is pronounced.I think IF is a huge contributing factor to it. Just take the leap, and IF speeds up the recovery process by leaps and bounds. Yes - quitting sugar of any kind, even natural such as agave, honey, and maple, feels like recovery from an illness when you didn’t know you were sick.Edit: Videoshttps://youtu.be/ihrmfFlG_qchttps://youtu.be/OvgQNvq7inIhttps://youtu.be/cisPN5hXzvshttps://youtu.be/lJf6SpmUdLQhttps://youtu.be/IZEWl6dS0sshttps://youtu.be/gbtsixXSK5c via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/2Wym3Q2 https://ift.tt/eA8V8J
