Finally breaking my fast

M/31/5’10” [360 lbs > 330 lbs = 30 lbs] I’ve been focusing on small, manageable habit changes since the New Year and I’m starting to see results in the mirror! It’s slower going compared to past attempts, but I think focusing on habits rather than just numbers is serving me in the long run.

F/32/5’7” [230 > 150 = 80 lbs] Keto/Bulletproof and IF (16:8 & 18:6). Lots of trial and error over the last 8 years, but it’s all worth it. Not quite at my goal target, but I’m getting closer all the time

On the left is the photo that inspired me to try harder to lose weight. Not the best photos for telling the difference but I’m down about 15lb. Baby steps.

Taco Tuesday: lime marinated steak tacos with elote-style corn. Checked in at a solid 525 calories. The kids had sliced cherry tomatoes and guacamole on theirs, I had hot salsa with cilantro and onions. http://bit.ly/2VDJESw

All my life I wanted to know how it felt like to not be a failure. I'm finally starting to realize that I was never a failure. Believing in myself was the best decision I've ever made. I've uploaded every single workout from DAY 1 to DAY 120 & many more to come. This is only the beginning...BELIEVE!

As of now I am the heaviest I have been all my life. Gained a lot of weight this last year. I hope IF helps. Starting today. Wish me luck!

Im at the end of a 20h fast, and just made it through 3 hours of popcorn smell during Endgame.

Cauli crust pizza. Hubby loved it on night two. I reheated in cast iron pan. Crust was much crispier. Homemade crust = cauli rice (2 cupsish,2egg,2/3 cup moz shred, 2 tablespoons Parm reggiano. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. 350 30min plus 10 with toppings.Yum! http://bit.ly/2GSMfQw
