Was in a toxic relationship, depressed and unhappy with myself. Flash forward a year and a bit, practicing IF, working out almost every day and most importantly living a confident and happy lifestyle. SW 169 -> CW 145. Age 32.

Weight loss journey for 1 year and 16:8 IF for about 9 months. Started with mostly counting calories and starting to exercise more and then adding in the fasting. Feeling so much better and more confident in myself!
