Looked in the mirror today and it hit me that I think I'm starting to make noticeable progress!

IF changed my life! 3.5 months, mostly OMAD. started with 12/12 and worked my way up.

F/29/5’0 [112lbs>145lbs =33lbs] Confidence progress. I’ve struggled with anorexia since adolescence. Left photo is me 10 years ago barely keeping enough weight on to avoid rehab, hating myself. Right photo is me after my lifting session today, 17 months PP, working towards the best shape of my life.

F/21/5’8” [296 > 286 lb = 10 lb] I’ve only been doing CICO for a month, yet I’m already seeing my body begin to heal itself. My acanthosis nigricans has almost completely disappeared!

F/30/5’2” [150>135=-15] overall I had lost 25 pounds but my ass dissolved with everything else. So, I put ten bounds back on in muscle. It’s a work in progress, and a lot harder than losing weight. But I’m getting there.

F/23/5’11” [352Ibs > 204Ibs = 148Ibs Lost] Naturally. 2 years of Weight Training, Walking Treadmill/outdoors and no eating restrictions. I am 6 Jean sizes down, 5 t-shirt sizes down and I’m never looking back! I have discovered myself and a new life.

Starting today! 34M - SW: 303.5 - GW: 180. 20:4. Gained weight rapidly after marriage 12 years ago, trying to get healthy for family. I’m a private guy and shy for pics, but just wanted to let others know (even if anonymously) besides my wife and kids. Wish me luck and tips are sure appreciated!

Doxie shorts comparison. SW258 CW210 GW158-170. Took the first pic in March since it was the first time I was able to try these shorts on in years and said would compare after every 10 pounds. Was down today but this helped seeing my legs are toning up and the shorts don’t bind in the waist.

I posted a few months ago so heres a progress shot. Im the same weight in both of these pictures. From 24 to 25.5 years old. 151 lbs. i from 10-20 hours depending on my day, and I focus on isolated weight training and sprints. Ive so proud of myself.

Some days I still feel like that photo on the left taken in Feb. I took the right photo this morning and I’m so thankful for IF. Learning to self love again has been another hurdle in itself. Thanks for this subreddit for all the support too.
