Hi healthy foodies! I’m a clean, healthy eater with a question. I crave cheese. A lot. I find myself snacking on it more than I want to. I wondered if anyone had suggestions on good substitutes? Or maybe why I’m craving cheese? Is my body low in something? I know cheese isn’t the worst food for you but it’s definitely high in fat and I feel like I’m eating it too much. Feedback please!
