Almost 40lbs down in one year! I am currently 19m 5’8 (SW:175lbs) - (CW:137lbs) I’ve been primarily using the warrior diet during my journey so far. Will post proper before and after pics once I lose more. Left pic was the only pic I could find from a year ago.
