F/23/5’5” [220lbs > 189lbs = 31lbs] (4 months) — While going through a hard breakup, then figuring out I was severely allergic to Dairy products, and finding my love for dancing and myself again! Its not a lot, but I’m so so so proud of myself! Lowest I’ve weighed since high school 🥲

F/33/5’5” [175 > 125 = 50 lbs] (24 months) CICO and consistent exercise. Took me two years but slow and steady wins the race. Experienced my share of ups and downs, but stuck with it and eventually reached my goal weight. Don’t give up!
