Has anyone lost the habit of counting calories/looking at the caloric value of food? https://ift.tt/WUNkSpq

At this point i’ve reached a balanced way of eating and living. Workout, eat my greens and proteins and carbs, and yadayadayada. But I cant stop looking at the caloric value of stuff. It doesn’t matter to me anymore. Has anyone lost this habit? Can I get some advice on losing it?
