Just my experience - one week in


So a posted about a week ago as I started this journey. I quickly realise my idea of 12:12 wasn’t going to do much so moved to 16:8 and then realised that what naturally worked for me was 18:6 and skipping breakfast, breaking my fast with lunch. I also (power) walk for 30 minutes each morning.So what has it meant for me? Well, I miss my evening snacks (mainly chocolate and desert) but don’t really miss breakfast. I actually find it quite easy and my mood and energy has really increased. I have also lost 1.8kg which I am amazed at. All on all, I am super surprised that this is working so well. I do get that the initial weight loss is probably the easiest but that’s cool.Anyway, that’s my update.
