If I get a little heavy handed with the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, and salt can I die or become seriously Ill?

I really overdid it on the seasoning for some chicken thighs so I tried to save it by turning it into a marinade and adding oyster sauce soy sauce and garlic. Then I used that chicken in a huge pot with some chicken bone broth, mixed vegetables and mushrooms so now it’s like a soup type thing. Smells absolutely delicious but just have that initial over seasoning in the back of my head.
