Starting a fast after exercise


I started IF a week ago and I'm doing 16:8, however instead of skipping breakfast which seems to be the norm, I skip dinner, because I cannot function hungry in the morning; it makes me feel lightheaded and nauseous.I do martial arts 7+ hours a week and most of my training is done in the evening time. This last week I've been having a big lunch at around 3/4pm, then a high protein snack before training at around 6pm and starting the fast, so when I finish training I don't eat until the following morning. I feel fine, since my main meal is so calorie dense I don't feel hungry after training, but all my life I've been told to eat after intense exercise.
