So, I like eating fruits. Dosent bother me. I also drink fruit smoothies however I’m aware that this can only count as one of your five a day and it isn’t the best option to drink more than one fruit smoothie a day due to the sugar. What I was wondering was is it the same for vegetables? I am not the biggest veg fan and I’ve been thinking of blending them into soups and pasta sauces to help get more veg into my diet. Could I get more than one of my five a day from this? For example if I blend 4 different types of veg to create a pasta sauce or soup? I’ve read lots of conflicting information online so I’m tryna find a no bs answer really
