Past two weeks…

F/37/5'4" [195>141 = 54lbs lost] 10 months (feb -dec) A tight size 14 down to size 4. Maintaining 6 months on.

Do you get a lot of energy from IF?

Is it more difficult to lose weight on IF when you are not too heavy?

Lessons I learned during a very long day (today)

F/62/5’4” [235-135 = 100lbs] 2018-2023.

M/25/6'2" [205 lbs > 175 lbs = 30 lbs] April 26 -> August 29. Wanting to start building more muscle now, but a bit scared of putting fat back on.

I used to wear XXL shirts and hated how they were tight. Now I wear Mediums and like that they are tight.
