IF appreciation post - why is it the only thing that helps with my hunger?


As soon as I started IF my hunger went down so much its insane, especially for someone who has been a chronic snacker, over eater, seemingly always hungry, never full... I just wanted to eat constantly. But IF changed all of that. Even when it's time for me to eat again I'm not as hungry as i used to be when i was eating all the time. I feel so much fuller and more satisfied and require much less food than I was used to eating. And for the record I only do 16-18 hours of fasting, nothing crazy. I just can't believe it! Anyone know the science behind it? This does happen for everyone else right, or is it just me?
