First fast in ages! Going in strong with 30days!


I haven’t fasted in probably about a year and had some old photos pop up of this time last year and I looked so much slimmer then even though I fully considered myself fat so I am back to fasting with a vengeance! I go to the gym now so I’m going to be doing liquids only, diluting juice, coffee, tea, energy drinks etc. I’m hoping that fasting alongside going to the gym will help me loose the lbs and fat faster!
