Back to ADF!

I started ADF on July 27th with the goal of finishing 40 - 36hr fasts in a row (every other day). It was my 40 days and 40 nights of fasting. It just worked out that when I finished it was my 50th birthday. I am a 6’2” male, my starting weight was 219lbs, final weight was 197lbs and I felt great. My body composition was exactly what I was looking for. After my birthday I ended up eating every day with my family and friends and fell off the wagon HARD! The last I weighed myself I was back to 204 and climbing. Long story short, I realize that ADF works best for me. I have an all or none personality and this keeps me in line. You notice that your body uses everything you’ve eaten the day before and removes all waste before the next eat day. It’s amazing. I eat every other day and workout before every eat day. Tomorrow is a gym day and then I’m back to ADF. It took years to figure out but I think this is me from now on.
