Best book to read to start?


I've been reading here and want to IF 18:6 starting next week (going away this weekend for a wedding, want to start when I'm at home and able to control my environment). I'd love to read a book that mid-40's women find helpful. I'm interested in fasting for weight loss (I have 20 lbs to lose). I work a fairly physical job in the mornings, so I'm a little worried about fasting until 1-2pm every day. I'm also going to miss soy milk in my morning coffee, but willing to switch to green tea to make this happen. My plan is to meal prep for my first meal the day before, and then cook for the family at around 4pm each day (which is what I do anyway). Any books recs or other tips greatly appreciated.
