Encouraging success stories please!


IF for last month, no significant progress noted yet probably due to excessive alcohol intake on the weekend which I will address this next month but more to the point - I'm already quite close to where I want to be weight wise (60kg / 132lb) GW around 55kg and imagine notable progress at this point maybe takes longer than if I'd had a lot of weight to lose? I'm actually less concerned with weight but really want to lose fat and get to a lower body fat percentage and recomp my body.
