Is it hunger, or am I just thirsty?


I’m back on the IF train after falling off the wagon over the summer. It has worked for me and helped me lose 20lbs at one point. I’ve done the 16:8 window and also sometimes will throw in a 36 hour fast. I’ve noticed this time around that I get hungry after each meal. I can’t tell if it’s actual hunger or maybe my mind is just used to eating bigger portions? I’m back to meal prepping and portioning my meals too. I try to eye ball my protein and make sure I’m eating nutritious foods, not just empty low cal foods. I feel like I hydrate throughout the day and will drink around 3-4 Stanley cup sized jugs of water everyday. What am I doing wrong?
