What would you say is more important: Intermittent Fasting or Protein?

I'm currently 344 pounds (down from 360) and I'd like to shed another 100-110 pounds. I'd like to do OMAD at least 4 days a week but I know protein is important and there's no way I'm eating 150-200g of protein in one meal which leads to my question...What's more important: hitting my protein target or losing fat via OMAD? via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/zhbN2W1 https://ift.tt/yS2tklO
