Failed at this before but feeling newly motivated


this time I'm giving myself grace. I'm not gonna force my body not to eat but ease into things by starting with a 10.5 hour eating window. then each week i will shorten it by an hour until i am around 7 to 8 hours. that feels like the right amount of time for me to eat two yummy meals a day and some fruit or nuts even a lil dessert if i want it. I'm not gonna deprive myself of delicious food around me. if they're in the eating window they're fair game. i just can't do "dieting" anymore.separate gripe why do so many ppl insist calories are the ultimate issue when every presentation Jason Fung has given shows how reducing calories slows the metabolism while IF raises it. the whole idea is you're giving yourself body the time to dip into its fat stores and clear up old cells. end rant via /r/intermittentfasting https://ift.tt/ZN2QLX9 https://ift.tt/KkAySfM
