How to not feel guilty after I break my fast?

I've been doing IF and sometimes Prolonged Fasting for a while now and I have seeing tremendous payoffs. I'm looking leaner, I feel better, and I don't feel the need to eat as often. However, I've reached a point where I feel guilty after breaking my fast, especially a 48 hour fast, and I couldn't wait to fast again after my meal.
