Lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks


I really didn't believe in IF coming into it. I was actually hoping it would help me sleep better. I also know I'm not actually doing it quite right. But I do have to say that it's been minimal struggle (mostly on weekends) to drop 10 lbs so far. I started doing 16:8 in mid-Oct starting at 215lbs. I haven't been really watching what I eat, but I do believe that most of the weight loss is from calorie deficit as my 2 meals are what I'd normally do for lunch and dinner, just now skipping breakfast. I only added in sporadic exercise so far.I've had 2 bad weeks with bdays so jumped up a bit. But prior to that I had plateaued at 204lbs. Starting this week, I'm getting back on the fasting track and also going to work to be more consistent with my exercise and adding in some basketball nights.
