New Fasting Research on Weight Loss


https://ift.tt/zYRSftE, it looks like the body does not switch from glycogen to fat until 2-3 days of fasting. Good to know and makes sense since most IF under 24 hours only seems to be effective for weight loss when coupled with reduced caloric intake, healthier eating, and/or exercise.
