Any people with PCOS here see a change in their menstrual cycles while doing IF?

So I've been doing IF for a few months now, but 26 days ago I stopped my birth control and yesterday I started bleeding. So far it's been really really light so Idk if it's a "true" period, but yeah. Not normal for me, even for being off BC.This is significant because my cycles have never been less than 2 months apart. Before going on BC most cycles were 3 months + long.Could IF have anything to do with this?
