Stuck in a plateau for a month. What can I try to break it?


Details:6’0 Male, 220lbs 23 years oldFasting for about 2 and a half months. Doing OMAD for a majority of that time.Starting weight was 244lbs, 218-220 nowI weigh myself once a week. Every Sunday morning right after I wake up.The issue:For the past month I’ve stayed at the 218-220lbs weight rangeWhat I’ve tried:Went on a weekend trip with friends and I didn’t fast during that time. So for 2 days my eating window was completely open and I ate more than I usually do. Before this haven’t gone off of OMAD since I’ve started.Tried a 40 hour fast instead of my traditional 22 hour OMAD to try to break the stall.So any advice? Anything I can try?
