Gaining weight?


I started if last week, so far can only do 14:10 but that’s a big deal for me. I don’t eat after 8pm which is when I used to have wine and some sort of unhealthy snack. I thought this would be a good start since I cut that all out, but I have gained weight each day this week. Any thoughts? I started this to lose a few pounds for a goal I have in 2 more weeks.
