How soon can I expect to see results of IF 16:8 (hours) vs the rapid results of IF 5:2 (days)?


A few years ago I was following the "5:2 diet" which is eating normally (calorically speaking) 5 days per week, then restricting caloric intake to 500 kcal + 3 liters of water 2 days per week. I saw results within the first week, continued to drop weight quickly, found cravings reduced, and felt better overall. However, the restricted calorie days were tough and hard to maintain with my schedule. 5:2 would be hard to schedule with my life as it is today, so I decided to try 16:8 IF starting 2 days ago, and while I don't expect to see results right away, what timeline can I expect?
